For cancellation, no penalty till 6 hours before departure, 50% up to Rs 1000 till 1 hour before departure & 100% penalty beyond that.

Cromix Cab will not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation or strike, traffic jam or road blockage, etc.

Cromix Cab reserves the right to cancel or change the booking of a vehicle at any point.

In the event of cancellation of a cab trip, cromixcab liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the e-ticket.
